1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Rhodium service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Rhodium you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
One free trial is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the trial limit is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent bans of all associated accounts.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no partial refunds for unused time.
Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments granting permanent access to the tier purchased at the time of purchase. Future pricing changes do not affect lifetime holders.
All prices are in Euros (€). Payment is processed by Stripe. Rhodium does not store card details.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase if the software did not function as described on the supported platforms. Refunds are at our sole discretion and will not be granted for change of mind, account bans by third parties, or abuse of the refund system.
6. License & Intellectual Property
Rhodium grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Rhodium software.
Access tokens are non-transferable. Sharing or reselling your token will result in immediate revocation with no refund.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to abuse the free trial system
- Share, sell, or distribute your access token to others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the client software
8. Educational Disclaimer
Rhodium is provided for educational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for how they use the software and for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform. Rhodium accepts no liability for account actions taken by third-party services as a result of software use.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse. Active subscriptions terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhodium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the client area.
